  • Can you pack and ship my belongings?

    Yes, we offer pack & ship services for our clients. You never have to lift a finger if you choose not to.

  • What is port-to-port shipping?

    The port-to-port option allows you to arrange for the delivery of your fully packed shipment to a port or warehouse facility. This is a cost-effective way to ship your belongings to your destination country, but it does require a bit of planning on the customer's end. 

  • What is port-to-door shipping?

    The port-to-door shipping option allows you to arrange delivery of your shipment to a port of origin or warehouse facility. Our team will arrange for ocean and air transportation to your destination country. Services with port-to-door shipping also include customs clearance, delivery to the residence in the destination country, unpacking, and removal of debris.

  • Which shipping option is better?

    Each option is ideal for each customer for different reasons. However, if you feel as though you can pack and load a shipment yourself, but need assistance in your destination country, then port-to-door shipping is ideal for you.
